A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your desired tour date. During whale shark season, tours often fill months in advance, so we highly recommend booking as early as possible.

The remaining balance must be paid using one of the following options:

Option 1 – Cash Payment (Recommended)
Pay the remaining balance in cash directly to your guide on the day of your tour. This option offers the greatest flexibility should your travel plans unexpectedly change, as only your 20% deposit is subject to our cancellation policy.

Option 2 – Advance Online Payment
If you prefer to pay your remaining balance by credit card, we can send you a secure Stripe payment link. The remaining balance must be paid at least three (3) business days before your scheduled departure, and a 5% processing fee will be added to the remaining balance.

Please note that once the remaining balance has been paid online, it becomes non-refundable.
